ATB economist, Dan Sumner, came out with his view of the new budge released by the government today.  Here are the nuts and bolts of what he was saying:

1. We are still in the red, but with a plan to be out by 2015
2. We are ahead of most developed nations in terms of our economy
3. This will continue to in-still foreign  investment into Canada
